Beneficiaries hail from various districts and are receiving care in both government and private hospitals within the state, extending to top-tier institutions in Vellore and Varanasi. For families pushed to the brink by medical bills, this assistance marks a lifeline, enabling access to quality treatment without further financial ruin.
However, applications from Sheikh Yunus (Dumaria), Sarojni Hassa (Khunti), and Komal Jaiswal (Amdapara, Pakur) require on-ground medical verification before approval. The meeting also mandated comprehensive documentation for all upcoming claims: current health updates, cost estimates from hospitals, and civil surgeon endorsements.
