Calling for renewed dedication to constitutional responsibilities, Arlekar rallied everyone—especially the younger generation—to join hands for realizing a thriving, equitable, and advanced India by the centenary of independence in 2047. His message ended with resounding cries of ‘Jai Hind! Jai Kerala! Vande Mataram!’
