With directives for tech setups, training, and integrations, Gupta envisions it as a direct line for efficient, trustworthy service. ‘It simplifies and accelerates problem-solving for the people,’ she noted.
Summer readiness dominated discussions, with calls to fortify water, electricity, healthcare, infrastructure, and public amenities preemptively. The CM’s message was clear: ensure zero disruptions so Delhiites beat the heat comfortably.
