Cricket enthusiasts, get ready! The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed that tickets for the much-anticipated Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 season are officially going on sale. This fourth season of India’s premier women’s T20 league is scheduled to run from January 9 to February 5, 2026.
The exciting WPL 2026 action will unfold across two dynamic venues: the DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai and the BCA Stadium in Vadodara. Fans eager to witness the elite cricketing talent can begin securing their seats starting December 26 at 6 PM IST.
This year, the BCCI has partnered with District, a platform by Zomato, as the exclusive ticketing agency. This marks a shift from previous ticketing partners. To purchase tickets, fans have three convenient options: the District website or its mobile app, the official WPL website (www.wplt20.com), or the official WPL app, available on both iOS and Android platforms.
The tournament kicks off on January 9 with defending champions Mumbai Indians facing off against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Navi Mumbai will host the initial 11 matches until January 17, after which the league transitions to Vadodara for the remaining 11 fixtures, including the crucial playoffs and the final on February 5. This new January-February window aims to avoid conflicts with major international women’s cricket events.
