The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 auction list has seen significant late additions, with Bengal opener Abhimanyu Easwaran, New Zealand fast bowler Ben Sears, and South Africa’s Ethan Bosch now officially included. Easwaran, who has previously been on the cusp of international selection for India, joins 18 other players in this last-minute update announced Monday night. Ethan Bosch, brother of Corbin Bosch, has represented South Africa in ODIs, while Ben Sears brings Test and ODI experience for New Zealand. Also joining the pool are Malaysia’s Virandeep Singh, Australia’s Chris Green, South Africa’s Kyle Verreyanne, and Zimbabwe’s Blessing Muzarabani. The expanded list now features 369 players preparing for the auction in Abu Dhabi. Uncapped Indian talent, including Kerala’s K.L. Shrijith, also make the cut. This highly anticipated auction event will take place in Abu Dhabi, marking the third consecutive year the IPL auction is held outside India.
