Koderma district welcomed trainee officers from the 100th Foundation Course on Monday. These officers are part of the Field Study and Research Program conducted by the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. Deputy Commissioner Rituraj extended a warm welcome on behalf of the district administration. An introductory meeting, chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, was organized to brief the officers. During the session, key district-level schemes, developmental activities, and public welfare programs were presented to equip the trainee officers for their field study and research work. Officials provided detailed presentations on the district’s administrative structure, local resources, socio-economic conditions, and project implementation. The Deputy Commissioner encouraged the trainees to gain practical experience during their field studies, highlighting the administrative system and challenges specific to the district. Senior officials, including the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-divisional Officer, Additional Collector, District Transport Officer, District Supply Officer, and District Land Acquisition Officer, were present at the meeting.
