Larijani, who serves as the Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, stated that Hezbollah possesses the complete capacity to alter the balance of power in Lebanon. In an interview with Iranian TV, Larijani indicated that Hezbollah’s current restraint is due to its desire not to disrupt the ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel. However, he asserted that Hezbollah is fully capable of changing the situation if necessary.
