It is expected to intensify further and transform into a depression over the northwest Bay of Bengal and the adjacent west-central Bay of Bengal, towards southern Odisha and north Andhra. It is expected to reach near the south Odisha-north Andhra Pradesh coast on September 27. Due to this, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall in the Bastar division and its adjoining districts from September 26.
