Prior to the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor made a significant announcement. Speaking to reporters in Kishanganj, he stated that action will be taken against corrupt leaders and officials in Bihar once the Jan Suraaj system is established in November. He asserted that the money taken from Bihar would be recovered from them. This statement was made in response to a question about Dilip Jaiswal. Kishor mentioned that the first attack was made on Dilip Jaiswal, alleging he had seized a college. He also mentioned that Rajesh Shah has a murder charge against him. Following this, Dilip Jaiswal collapsed. Kishor stated that they will resume attacking him once he recovers. Kishor also discussed the MY equation, stating that if it existed, there would be 40 Muslim MLAs. He questioned how many Muslim MPs have won from Bihar. He suggested that the equation is not MY but YM, where Muslims vote for Yadav candidates out of fear. He added that the MY, PY, and ZY equations should be abandoned. He advocated for a system based on ideology, highlighting the ideologies of Gandhi, Baba Saheb, communism, and socialism.
