The popular TVS Apache performance bike series in India has completed 20 years in the Indian market. To mark this special occasion, the company has introduced a special gift for riders. TVS has not only launched limited-edition models, but also released some new top-end variants with advanced features. This highlights that the Apache is now a combination of power, performance, style, and technology.
The company has launched limited-edition models like the RTR 160, RTR 180, RTR 200 4V, Apache RTR 310, and RR 310. These bikes come with a new look and premium touch. They feature a black-and-champagne-gold livery, dual-tone alloy wheels, and a 20th-anniversary logo. Additionally, a USB charging port has been added for the convenience of riders. The prices of these models range from ₹1,37,990 (RTR 160) to ₹3,37,000 (RR 310).
TVS has also made significant updates to its top-end variants, the RTR 160 4V and RTR 200 4V. These models are equipped with features such as a Class-D projector headlamp with LED DRLs, a fully LED setup, a 5-inch TFT display (with Bluetooth and voice assist), a traction control system, and an assist-and-slipper clutch. There are also multiple color options available, including Racing Red, Marine Blue, and Matt Black for the 160 4V, and Granite Grey for the 200 4V. The prices range from ₹1,28,490 to ₹1,59,990.
The Apache was first launched in 2005. To date, the bike has sold over 6.5 million units. It is sold in over 80 countries. The Apache series is known for TVS racing technology, contributing to its popularity.
