Reports have surfaced in Bihar regarding unusual applications for residence certificates through the RTPS system. Applications with strange names and addresses have been circulating. A recent case from Khagaria involves individuals applying for certificates under names such as ‘Shri Ram, son of Dashrath’ and ‘Crow.’ Authorities have rejected these applications and initiated legal action in the relevant police station. The application submitted to the Chautham zonal officer’s office included details such as ‘Shri Ram, father Dashrath, mother Kaushalya, address Ayodhya, village RAM, Panchayat Post Office, Ayodhya, Police Station Chautham’ and also ‘Shrimati Mata Sita, father Raja Janak, mother Rani Sunaina, address RAM, Ayodhya, village Ram Panchayat Post Office Ayodhya’.
