A shocking incident has come to light from Muzaffarpur, Bihar. A minor boy went to meet his girlfriend at night, but his visit took an unexpected turn. He was caught in a compromising situation with his girlfriend by some villagers. After a severe beating, the villagers forcibly married him to the girl. The boy’s father filed an FIR against six people.
The boy’s father has accused the perpetrators of abduction and forced child marriage. The police have taken both the minor boy and girl into custody and are providing counseling. All the accused involved in the forced marriage are currently absconding, and the police are searching for them.
The girl’s father is also among the accused. The incident occurred in a village in the Bariyarpur police station area. According to reports, a 17-year-old girl from Bariyarpur was in a relationship with a boy from the Patepur police station area in Vaishali district. The girl’s family believed the boy was not of marriageable age. The couple was caught in a suspicious situation late at night in the village. The girl’s family apprehended them, and the people gathered there beat the boy and forced them to marry.
