Mr. Uttam Swamy and Judge Mr. Prakash Uike also gave their address at the program. Mr. Daulat Singh Thakur was also present on the occasion.

The governor said that I am confident that the students in this academy will get excellent guidance and they will be selected on the high command of the administration. He suggested the academy to introduce free coaching for poor and poor children, which was immediately accepted and announced by the academy management. The Governor said on this occasion that when he used to visit Indore in the past, when he used to see the institute of Public Service Commission there, he had imagined such an institution in Chhindwara. I am very happy to launch such an institution. Welcoming Shri Uttam Swamy, the Governor said that the words spoken by saints and great men are meaningful and that one who takes it off in life is a success. If a person works with human sensibilities then he is worshiped. I have also tried to take the words of saints and great men into my life, when only the ability to assume the responsibility of such a big post came in me.
The Governor said that the Civil Service is considered the most honorable service in the country. The officers of these cadres also cooperate in policy making and also implement policies. He has the responsibility of materializing welfare schemes in his shoulders. The society sees them with respect. There is a strong desire among the youth to go into this service.
