A total of 25 camps have been set up in 185 Gram Panchayats and 01 urban body in Mohla Manpur Ambagarh Chowki district, out of which 11 camps have been organized till date. Under the Good Governance Tihar, a total of 48007 applications have been received in the district, including 47,333 requests and 674 complaints. So far, 46466 requests and 610 complaints have been resolved, thus 97 percent of the applications have been resolved. Mainly, applications related to Pradhan Mantri Awas, individual toilets, individual works under MNREGA, infrastructure construction, Mahtari Vandan Yojana, and forest rights leases have been received in the largest numbers in the district. According to the demand and eligibility, the applications are being examined department-wise and benefits are being provided to the applicants through the camps.
So far, 242 MNREGA works, 1130 individual toilets, 02 community toilets, 364 pension approvals, 332 ration cards, 294 MNREGA job cards, and 24 loan passbooks have been distributed in the district, along with 81 Ayushman cards and 30 Vay Vandan cards have been made. Also, 142 Gram Panchayats of the district have been declared TB-free Gram Panchayats, out of which 27 are identified and awarded as Silver Gram Panchayats and 125 as Bronze Gram Panchayats.
The camps organized in the district are based on various themes like water conservation, promotion of organic farming and other crop promotion, women empowerment, de-addiction, Digital India.
Today’s organized Sitagaon camp includes 08 Gram Panchayats – Sitagaon, Madanwada Halanjur, Halora, Hureli, Kandadi, Karekatta, Kohka. In which a total of 1785 applications have been received, including 1765 requests and 20 complaints. Against the received applications, 1750 requests and 20 complaints have been resolved, the remaining 15 applications are being resolved. In this cluster, there are mainly 336 applications for forest rights leases, 258 for Pradhan Mantri Awas, and 247 for ration cards.
On this occasion, public representatives of the area, administrative officers and a large number of villagers were present.
