It is noteworthy that the third phase of state -wide good governance Tihar has started from today, which will run till 31 May. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, on the first day today, interacted directly with the villagers by placing a chapel under the Peepal tree in village Karigaon in Sakti district. On reaching his village suddenly, the women applied tilak and gave him intimate welcome. After a surprise tour at village Karigaon, he reached Madanpur Samadhan Camp in Korba district.
