Bhopal. The Madhya Pradesh government has taken a major decision to prevent air and soil pollution. If the Narwai is lit, there will be no benefit of CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana. The crop will not be earn on the MSP. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav has instructed to work strictly to prevent environmental pollution. At the same time, instructions have also been given for immediate action on the burning incidents.
On Thursday, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav held a review meeting of the Revenue Department. During this, he said that Madhya Pradesh is an agrarian state. The environment is suffering a lot of damage, including air pollution due to increase in cases of burning of narcissation in the fields after harvesting. Setting fire to the field destroys the nutrients available in the ground and the fertilizer capacity of the land also declines. The state government has already banned the burning of Narwai for its diagnosis.
The CM said that even after this, if a farmer burns Narwai in his field, he will not be given the benefit of Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana. Apart from this, crop procurement will not be done on the minimum support price (MSP) next year from the concerned farmer on burning of Narwai. He said that this decision of the state government will be applicable from May 1 in view of environment, soil conservation and maintaining land productivity.
Campaign to remove encroachment on public routes
The Chief Minister directed the officials to conduct strict special campaigns to remove encroachments on public routes in government land, wells, stepwells, ponds and villages. He said that the revenue officers should play their important role for conservation and promotion of all water harvesting sources in the water Ganga Promotion Campaign. The Chief Minister said that under the Jal Ganga Promotion Campaign, all Amrit Sarovar, ponds, dams, canals and other water structures should be compulsorily recorded in revenue records and water structures like canals, wells and steps should be completely encroached in the campaign.
He instructed the officials to ensure the resolution of revenue related works like nomination and partition within the stipulated time limit. Along with this, instructions were given to dispose of land acquisition for various projects of the Central Government and State Government with priority. He said that the officials of Revenue Department should regular inspection of subordinate revenue courts. The disposal of cases like nomination, partition etc. should be continued within the time limit, it should also be ensured.

The people of the state are getting direct benefit of this, they do not have to wait for a long time for the necessary tasks. The cyber tehsil project of Madhya Pradesh is an innovation made in this direction. PM Modi has appreciated it by giving ‘Prime Minister’s Excellence Award’. He said that positive results of cyber tehsils have been received and there is a big change in the lives of all citizens including farmers.
So far, more than 1 lakh 56 thousand 700 cases have been resolved in Cyber Tehsil 1.0 and more than 1 lakh 19 thousand in Cyber Tehsil 2.0. In Cyber Tehsil 3.0 also, 7 lakh procedures have been recorded till 26 January 2025 for nomination, partition, records, map, tarmim and demarcation. More than 8 million pending cases have been settled in the first 2 stages. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the pendency of revenue should be abolished as soon as possible.
