Women’s Day 2025: Mumbai. Shemaru Entertainment has launched a ‘Harroleisherrole’ campaign on Women’s Day to break the capabilities of women. This initiative has been supported by the actresses of Shemaru Umang, Radhika Muthukumar, Aleya Ghosh and Deeksha Dhami. The purpose of this campaign is to promote gender equality and motivate women to move forward in every field.
Even today, in the occupation chart shown to children in many schools, men are shown in leadership roles and women are only shown limited to traditional jobs like teacher or nurse. Shemaru Entertainment has introduced new charts in schools and NGOs to change this thinking, showing men and women equally in every profession. (Women’s Day 2025)
Support of actresses: Women need to be recognized in every role
Radhika Muthukumar, who plays Vrinda of ‘Main Dil Tum Dhadak’, said- “We are women multitaskar and balance between career and family. But society needs to accept it. Girls have the right to become doctors, engineers and CEOs, not to be limited to careful roles. Harroleisherrole is an important step towards change. “
‘Jamuniya’ lead actress Aleya Ghosh said-
“Like my character Jamuniya, women are underestimated in real life, but they prove themselves with their ability. The purpose of this campaign is to eliminate prejudices and make girls believe that there is a place for them in every field. ”
Deeksha Dhami, who is playing the role of Chaena in ‘Chhoti Thakurine of Badi Haveli’, said-
“I was inspired by my mother, who was a talented singer, but many girls still do not get such role models. We have to change the representation of the profession for the next generation so that girls can live their ambitions openly. ”
Appeal for positive change in society on Women’s Day
This campaign of Shemaru Entertainment is not limited to respecting women, but it is also an attempt to make the society aware of gender equality and women empowerment. This change should be started with education and representation, so that every girl can get confidence to realize her dreams.
