Karna Mishra, Gwalior. The case of embezzlement of salaries of NHM supporting staff in Madhya Pradesh can now reach the CBI. State president of NHM Contract Outsourced Employees Union Komal Singh has written a letter to CM Dr Mohan Yadav demanding a CBI inquiry into the scam.
Komal Singh says that in the interest of the outsourced employees of the Health Department, there has been a big corruption in the salaries of the employees between the financial year 2019-20 to the year 2023-24 across the state. Big officials are involved in corruption
According to Komal Singh, big officials are involved in this corruption. This can be gauged from the fact that when the issue of this scam was raised by the NHM Contract Outsourced Employees Union, the CEO of NHM issued orders to all the districts and sought information related to the salary of outsourced employees. But to hide the corruption, the information is not being sent by the CMHO, Civil Surgeon and Hospital Superintendent across the state. Therefore, a demand for a CBI inquiry into this matter has been made to the CM.

payment of separate honorarium
It is worth noting that the supporting staff is getting unequal salary in the entire state. The collectorate rate (semi-skilled worker rate) in the state is Rs 12796. Whereas different honorarium is being paid to outsourced support staff employees across the state. In some districts two to three outsourced agencies are also working. In such a situation, employees are getting different salaries for the same work. Amidst this payment, there is an allegation of fraud of lakhs every month and crores in a year.
