Mahasamund. An unknown vehicle hit a bike on NH-53 road near village Bodra of Pateva police station area in the district. In this accident, the man and woman riding the bike died on the spot. An innocent child has been seriously injured. As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police reached the spot and sent the bodies of both of them for post-mortem.
According to the information, the deceased man and woman were coming from Pateva to Tumgaon on bike. During this time this accident happened near Bodra. This horrific accident can be gauged from the fact that as soon as the collision took place, the mutilated bodies of both the men and women were spread everywhere on the road. The deceased have not been identified yet.
The police have admitted the injured child to Tumgaon Community Health Center for treatment. It is being told that after this accident, the unknown driver fled from the spot and police has started searching for him.
