Magisterial investigation into Kumhari bus accident started, Durg Tehsildar reached Kedia Distillery, death toll increased…

Durg/Raipur. A magisterial inquiry has started into the bus accident that took place in Kumhari last night. After Durg Collector ordered a magisterial inquiry last night, the Tehsildar has reached Kedia Distillery today to investigate. Let us tell you that late last night, a bus carrying 40 employees working in Kedia Distillery of Kumhari was going from the distillery towards Khapri. Meanwhile, suddenly the bus went out of control and fell into the 30 feet deep Murum mine, in which 6 people lost their lives on the spot. With the death of one more injured today, the death toll has reached 13. At the same time, about 15 employees are said to be seriously injured.

The bodies of all the employees who died in the accident have been kept in the Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital at Supela and the bodies of the three deceased have been kept in the mortuary of the District Hospital. Since morning, all the officials of the district administration have reached Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, in which post-mortem of all the dead bodies is being done in front of the magistrate. Some relatives of the deceased were refusing to accept the body.
