Former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav was declared absconding after the charge sheet was presented in the court.

Court has declared Lalu Yadav absconding
In the same case, accused former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav was declared absconding. During the last hearing, the court found that this Lalu Prasad Yadav was the same former Chief Minister of Bihar and Union Minister of the country. In such a situation, this case was transferred to the special court, MP-MLA Court, Gwalior. Where Lalu Prasad Yadav was not present during the hearing, now the MP-MLA court has taken strict action and issued a permanent arrest warrant against him. In such a situation, the police will have to arrest them and present them before the special court.
