On the occasion of the 100th anniversary, M Agreement Garments in collaboration with Lorman Kitchen Equipments has created a 123 feet long Dosa. The world's largest dosa has been included by Guinness Book in its world record book. This dosa has been made with hard work and dedication by a team of 75 chefs under the leadership of Chef Reggie Mathews. To make this dosa, the chef's team has used the brand's red rice dosa batter. Giving the good news of this achievement, Chef Ragi said that this achievement has been achieved on March 15, 2024 at the MTR Factory in Bengaluru and congratulated all the people and teams who contributed to this achievement. The process of making this dosa was different from the normal dosa. To make this dosa, a 123 feet pan was made and then it was heated. An infrared thermometer was used continuously to check the temperature of the pan. Once the temperature of the tawa is set, the dosa batter is spread on the tawa with the help of a batter hopper. All 75 chefs continued their efforts in making Dosa and after 110 failures, they succeeded in making 123 feet Dosa.
