Chief Minister Mr. Baghel announces slew of development works worth Rs.167 crore for Raipur Rural Assembly Constituency

Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Bahgel announced the slew of development works for the Raipur Rural Constituency Assembly as a part of his state-wide Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan at Boriyakhurd on Tuesday. He announced to rename the Raipur’s Kamal Vihar Colony after Mata Kaushalya as ‘Kaushalya Vihar’. He dedicated the slew of developmental works worth Rs.167 crore which include the inauguration of various developmental works worth more than Rs 36 crore and the Bhoomipujan of works worth more than Rs 126 crore. He took feedback from the beneficiaries about the implementation of flagship schemes. A beneficiary of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana Mr. Shyam Baghel said that he has received all four installments of this scheme and this scheme is supporting them a lot.
Medicine of Rs.1700 is now available at Rs.640
Chief Minister took feedback about the healthcare facilities and asked about the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) van. Tikeshwari Dhivar of Daldal Seoni said she found out that she had low hemoglobin levels. She received treatment for anemia from the MMU van and now she is living a healthy life. She also informed that the MMU van visits their area twice a month.
Rakhi Sahu stated that medicine worth Rs 1,700 is now available for Rs.640 at Shri Dhanwantari Generic Medical Store, which has helped her save a lot of money. The Chief Minister informed that this scheme has completed one year and has provided benefits of more than Rs.100 crore to the beneficiaries till now. A beneficiary of ‘Mukhyamantri Vishesh Swasthya Sahayata Yojana’ told that he had DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) problem in his leg. He had received financial assistance of Rs.4.5 lakhs from the state government and received treatment at Nagpur. Chief Minister Mr.Bahgel also interacted with the ration card holders and directed officials to take action against the ration shop owner who hesitated to provide ration to the beneficiaries operator. He also announced the installation of sheds in front of the ration shops.
Mitan reaching home –
The Chief Minister also received feedback about various schemes implemented in the urban areas. Virendra Joshi shared his experience of obtaining his son’s residence certificate immediately through Mitan at his home. Manju Sahu of Mathpuraina shared that previously it was very difficult for them to get these certificates but now all certificates are available at their doorstep with just a phone call. Sushil Jangde of Dharsinwa stated that their electricity bill had significantly reduced due to the Half Electricity Bill Scheme.
Saving up to Rs.45000 from studying in Swami Atmanand School
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel interacted with three students of Swami Atmanand School named Shreya, Nidhi, and Goldie. Students told that they are getting a good education free of cost. All types of facilities like libraries and labs are also available in their school.
Sandhya Yadav and Bhuvaneshwari Dhankar said that they have applied for Unemployment Allowance. This will be a great support for the youths who are facing financial problems. The Chief Minister also interacted with the participants of the Chhattisgarh Olympics. Jagat said he participated in so many games in the ‘Chhattisgarhiya Olympics’ and secured third position in the divisional level Gilli Danda competition.

Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel made several announcements at Boriyakhud which includes the repair work of streams, sewer lines, and chambers of old colonies under the Housing board located at Saddu and Kabir Nagar, the opening of ITI at Birgaon, the upgradation of newly-constructed Government School in Ganganagar Bhanpuri into Swami Atmanand English Medium School, upgradation of High School in Sarora to Higher Secondary School, upgradation of Government Middle School in Rawabhata and Sondongri to High Schools, boundary-wall construction and beautification work of Ward No. 08’s Saddu Muktidham. The provision of Rs.50 lakhs for each BSUP Colony in the assembly constituency for the repairs of sewer seepage and chambers was also announced. Additionally, the High Schools of Urkura and Boriyakhurd will undergo expansion for new rooms, construction of new rooms in Daldal Seoni Mahavir Sports Ground of Ward No. 07, deepening and beautification work of the ponds in Nagar Panchayat Mana Camp, renaming Kamal Vihar as ‘Kaushalya Vihar’ and naming the college in Amlidih after Kaushalya Mata.
