Collector Sushri Iffat Ara made a surprise inspection of Tehsil office Ramanujnagar today. He observed the register of various revenue cases including transfer, division, demarcation register, copy branch, Kotwar register, passbook of Patwaris maintained in Tehsil offices and information about disposal of cases was taken from Tehsildars. Instructing the tehsildars to resolve the revenue cases quickly, he said that the court day should not be extended again and again, the court day should be mentioned in the notice board of the tehsil office. He reviewed the pending cases online and gave instructions to bring progress in the work. The Collector also observed the service book of Patwaris and inquired about the honorarium of Kotwar, Patel and gave instructions to pay in time. After taking information of RBC 6-4, he asked to redress it within the time period. He also inspected the record room and gave instructions to keep the records organized. Collector Sushri Ara also inspected the income, caste, residence certificates being made in the Public Service Center and instructed to make all the certificates in time. Lee and the Tehsildar have been instructed to deal with the applications seriously.
