On the occasion of Police Commemoration Day, at the Martyr Memorial in the local police lines, public representatives, officers and dignitaries paid tribute to the immortal soldiers by paying homage. On this occasion, MLA Narayanpur and President Chhattisgarh Handicrafts Development Board Mr. Chandan Kashyap, Collector Mr. Deepak Soni, Superintendent of Police Mr. Divyang Patel, District Panchayat Vice President Mrs. Bhagwati Patel and other public representatives as well as administrative officers and police officers- jawans, media representatives and dignitaries. Citizens paid heartfelt tributes to the martyred soldiers by laying wreath at the Martyrs Memorial and saluted their martyrdom in the defense of the country. During this, a group of armed soldiers, led by Defense Inspector Shri Manish Rajput, presented a march-past and saluted the immortal soldiers at the martyr’s memorial. On the other hand, public representatives and officials honored the families of the martyred police personnel by presenting them shawls and shriphal.
