Actions taken against illegal liquor by raiding various villages of the district

As per the instructions of Collector Shri P.S.Elma and under the guidance of District Excise Officer, major actions have been taken against illegal liquor in the district. Case was registered under 34(1)(f)34(2) and 59(a) after confiscating kg of Mahua Lahan. Similarly, 4 liters of Hathbhatti Mahua Liquor 34(1)a case from Chhanu Banjare of Keregaon, 19 pav (country liquor plane) seized from Lallu Dhaba, Case 34(1)(b), 2.520 liters (19 pav) from Prince Dhaba of Sarsopuri A case was registered under case 34(1) by confiscating country liquor. Similarly, liquor 2.340 (13 pav) country liquor from Akmram Devangan of village Kurra of Dhamtari block, Virat Dhaba (Suresh Kumar) and Chg. Case 36 (c) seized from 05 Dhaba (Kailash) and three thousand kg Mahua Lahan was destroyed near village Bodalbahra Nala and 65 liters of Mahua liquor was confiscated.
