On the date of January 1, 2022, the Election Commission of India will get two copies of the updated assembly wise electoral roll prepared from the district election office and action will be taken to divide it into district panchayat wise parts and the district panchayat wise electoral roll will be made available to the registering officer. By Tuesday, October 11, 2022, on-the-spot matching of wards included in the initial electoral roll of each Gram Panchayat, verification and preparation of Aadhar sheets and necessary amendments will be made in the list. Prepare and print and check PDF according to Aadhaar sheet of initial electoral roll by Wednesday, October 12, 2022, rectification of errors found in check list check and prepare Gram Panchayat wise PDF, printing two copies, registration Signature in both the copies by the officer and both the copies of the electoral roll along with the PDF will be made available to the District Election Officer. District Panchayat wise preliminary electoral roll will be handed over to the contract presses for printing by the district office. To obtain the district panchayat wise printed electoral rolls by Thursday, October 13, 2022 and they will be made available to the registration officers. Information format will be sent regarding the publication of electoral roll. Similarly, in the second phase, from Friday, October 14, 2022, publication of public information regarding electoral rolls and receiving claims and objections will be started. The last date and time for receiving claims/objections has been fixed till Friday, October 21, 2022. The last date for settlement of claims and objections received on Wednesday 26 October 2022 has been fixed. 27 October 2022 Thursday will be the last date to submit the claim to the Registration Officer, Assistant Registration Officer in Form A-1. On Tuesday, 01 November 2022, the last date for resolving the claim received in Form-1, within 5 days of the order of disposal of claims objections, has been fixed as the last date for appeal against the order of disposal of objections. By Monday, 07 November 2022, Gram Panchayat wise supplementary lists and PDF will be handed over to the District Election Officer for preparation and printing of PDF. The supplementary lists will be combined with the original preliminary lists by Wednesday, November 9, 2022. The final publication of the electoral roll will be done by the registering officer on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
