In Surajpur district, today the Independence Day function was celebrated with gaiety at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Stadium Ground Surajpur. School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, the chief guest of the program, hoisted the flag and saluted. Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam gave a message of peace by blowing colorful balloons symbolizing peace. After that the police force, armed forces, city army contingents included in the main parade inspected the parade. He read out Chief Minister’s message to the people of the state based on the achievements and future plans of the state. Harsh fire and attractive march past was done by the police force. After this, the Chief Guest honored the Corona Warriors of the district and the officers and employees doing excellent work in the offices of various departments by giving a citation.
