All arrangements are being made to provide education to the school children studying in the primary schools of Chhattisgarh in their local language. Arrangements have been made by the School Education Department to give special training to such teachers posted in these schools, who know the local language. Bharathidasan has directed all the district education officers to identify such teachers who do not have knowledge of the local language and ensure arrangements for training for them. He has said that various training modules should be prepared at the local level for the training of such teachers. A core group should be formed to train teachers in the local language. Five departmental officers should be selected from each district and development block in the core group. The resource persons, retired skilled teacher-trainers and educationists who are interested in improving the quality of education at the local level, should be included in the core group, playing the successful role of master trainers in various trainings from the district level. The core group will assess the training needs of teachers from kindergarten to higher secondary level. Based on the training needs of the teachers, small courses should be prepared or the existing courses should be compiled and made available to the teachers. Necessary facilities and systems should be established for training at the block level. Orientation of core group will be done for conducting training. The training module and design will be prepared by forming a small specialist team through the core group. By coordinating with each other, different development blocks and districts will determine the areas of training for themselves and share them with each other. Teachers will be given the opportunity to choose the training based on their interest and requirement. Principal Secretary Dr. Shukla evaluated the students of each class during the surprise inspection of Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium School, Kanya Navapara and Harihar Navapara schools of Abhanpur block. He guided the practical students of physics, students of political science, commerce students in the school. Questions were also asked to the students, which were answered by the students. During the inspection, he said that any teacher is an expert in only one subject and educates the students in that only. Student made photo Deepak Sahu, a class 10th student of Media and Entertainment, presented his own hand-made picture to Principal Secretary Dr. Shukla, under vocational education conducted in Harihar school. Mr. Shukla was very impressed by this skill of the student without training and accepted the picture made by the student as a gift. The students made paper bags made and gave the message of the alternative of single-use plastic, as per the instructions of the government, Saturday was a bagless day for middle students On the occasion, the students of Harihar Middle gave the message of an alternative to single use plastic by manufacturing paper bags.
