Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel said that in the last three and a half years, the work of coordinated development of Chhattisgarh has been done. He said that during this period, important works were done by the government in the area of administrative tightening along with the welfare of farmers, women, villagers, landless agricultural labourers, unemployed. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel was addressing the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony of the statue of former minister and dream visionary of Chhattisgarh, late Mr. Bisahu Das Mahant at Deendayal Stadium in Budhwari Bazar of Municipality Sakti today. Chief Minister Shri Baghel also made many important announcements in Sakti today. In this, along with the announcement of a government college in Sakti, Rs 20 lakh was announced for the construction of community building of Satnami society. At the same time, on the demand of MLA Shri Ram Kumar Yadav, Gauravpath, cooperative bank, primary health center and police post were announced in Nagar Panchayat Chandrapur. Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha Dr Charandas Mahant, MP Smt. Jyotsna Mahant, MLA Shri Ram Kumar Yadav and other public representatives, administrative officers were present on the occasion. The Chief Minister further said in his remarks that the farmers of Janjgir-Champa and Sakti areas are becoming prosperous due to the construction of Hasdeo Bango project by late Shri Bisahu Das Mahant, a dream visionary of Chhattisgarh. He said that after coming to our government, farmers have started getting the right price for their paddy. He said that even during the Corona period, the state government did the work of giving the right price to the farmers for their produce. Mr. Baghel informed that in the last Kharif season, the State Government purchased 98 lakh quintals of paddy from the farmers at support price. He said that in the interest of farmers as well as unemployed youth, the state government has decided to waive the fees of the candidates in PSC and Vyapam examinations. At the same time, it was decided to give an assistance of Rs. 7 thousand per year to the landless agricultural laborers under the Rajiv Gandhi Bhoomiless Khetihar Mazdoor Nyay Yojana. Instead of chemical fertilizers that destroy agriculture, make maximum use of vermi, cow dung manure and become self-sufficient for manure by manufacturing them. Referring to the work of the State Government in the field of administrative tightening, the Chief Minister said that in the last three and a half years, the Government has announced 5 new districts, 04 sub-divisions and 85 new tehsils. Out of this, 23 tehsils have been started. While addressing the program, Speaker of the Assembly Dr. Charandas Mahant said that the people here are very happy to make Sakti a district, that is why today a large number of people participated in the program to welcome the Chief Minister. People have attended. He said that there is a need to open industrial establishments in this area due to excessive migration from Sakti area. Dr Mahant said that it is the moral responsibility of all of us to preserve and promote the identity of Chhattisgarh. The Speaker said that the identity of Chhattisgarh could be protected only by doing good work for the people of every section living here. In-charge of Janjgir-Champa district and Revenue Minister Mr. Jaisingh Agrawal said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. In the last three and a half years, 85 new tehsils were announced in Chhattisgarh. 23 Tehsils have been started. He said that the time limit has been fixed by the government for the work related to revenue. He said that if the cases are not resolved within the stipulated time frame, it will be considered as the responsibility of the concerned revenue officer. He said that this review is being done by the Chief Minister himself and by me. The function was also addressed by the President of Chhattisgarh Gau Sewa Aayog, Dr. Mahant Ramsunder Das, MLA Shri Ram Kumar Yadav, Chairman of Municipal Corporation, Smt. Sushma Jaiswal. Earlier, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel gave 30 different works worth Rs 226 crore 26 lakh to Sakti. In these, 11 different works worth Rs 13 crore 67 lakh 80 thousand were inaugurated and 19 works costing Rs 212 crore 59 lakh were involved in land worship and foundation stone laying work. Kumar Shukla was presented a memento by Superintendent of Police Dr. Abhishek Pallav. Earlier, Panchayat representatives, party office bearers, dignitaries gave a warm welcome to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel with bouquets and garlands for making Sakti a district.
