Out of 171 Swami Atmanand excellent English medium schools operating in the state, 106 such schools, where a large number of Hindi medium students, have been approved by the government to transfer 358 posts of teachers in order to conduct their studies smoothly. This approval has been given on the basis of the proposal received from the districts. An order in this regard has been issued by the Ministry of School Education. It has also been clarified in the order that these posts to be transferred for Hindi medium teachers will not be made on contractual appointment or direct recruitment, but will be posted on deputation. In the order issued by the Ministry of School Education, it has been said that Out of 171 Swami Atmanand excellent English medium schools operating in the state, 39 schools are such in which only English medium students are studying. There are 26 schools in which Hindi medium students are studying, but their number is very less. Out of the English medium schools operating in the state, there are 106 such schools, where additional posts of Hindi medium are required in these schools for smooth functioning of the system of study of large number of Hindi medium students. On the basis of the proposal received from the districts, transfer of posts from such schools is being done in these schools, where the posts of qualified teachers are approved as compared to the requirement of the students studying. According to the proposal and demand received from the districts, 358 posts have been transferred by the government in these 106 schools. It has been clarified in the order that there is no compulsion to keep the teachers teaching in these schools unchanged. Keeping in view the need of excellent teachers for excellent schools, it should be examined by the District Collector and District Education Officer whether the teachers currently posted in these schools are in line with these excellent schools or not. If the teacher is found suitable, if the committee of the school concerned wants to keep such teachers on deputation there and these teachers themselves want to serve in that school, then they can be allowed to be posted on deputation. Otherwise, teachers can also be taken on deputation from other institutions of the School Education Department. After the approval of District Education Officer, District Collector, proposal for deputation posting of Hindi medium teachers on deputation in these schools can be sent in a week.
