राजीव गांधी ग्रामीण भूमिहीन कृषि मजदूर न्याय योजना के क्रियान्वयन से खेतिहर मजदूरों में उत्साह

September 2021 / The implementation of Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana by the Chhattisgarh government has created enthusiasm among the laborers who earn their living by working in the fields. They will get financial support from this scheme. Dukalu Ram Kevart, an agricultural laborer of village Karma of Bilha development block of Bilaspur district, went to his village panchayat today and filled the application in the prescribed form and got himself registered. Dukalu Ram works as a laborer in the fields of others. They get work only in season. For the rest of the time, he works as a hamali in a mill away from his village for the livelihood of his family. In the year 2012, he was provided accommodation to live under the Rural Housing Scheme. Dukalu informed that village secretary Shri Santosh Chauhan told about the benefits of this scheme and motivated him to get registered. Dukalu says that this is a very good scheme for the poor like us. Mr. Vishal Singh Kanwar, 50, of the same village told that he earns his living by working in the fields like Banibhuti, Nidai Kodai, and farm labour. They don’t have any land. He will also get support from the implementation of Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana. He told that through this scheme, he will get the help of Rs. 6 thousand from the Chhattisgarh government. Vishal has registered himself. Shri Ramkumar Gupta, who maintains his family by running a small grocery shop in village Karma, says that for the benefit of those who do not have land for farming, the government has provided financial support to this class by starting this scheme.
