On Sunday, along with Bastar IG Shri P Sundarraj, Collector and SP of Bastar, Kondagaon, Narayanpur held a chaupal with the villagers in Dhur Maad area, Bachha and after knowing their problems, started action for their speedy redressal.
On Sunday, in this Dhur Maad village, the faces of the villagers blossomed after finding the top officials of the police and administration among them and they kept their problems. During this, along with Inspector General of Police, Mr. P. Sundarraj, Collector of Bastar district, Mr. Rajat Bansal, Collector of Kondagaon district Mr. Pushpendra Meena, Narayanpur Superintendent of Police Mr. Mohit Garg and other senior officers were present.
During this, the villagers mainly put a demand for providing road, culvert, hospital, Anganwadi, Devgudi, electricity, mobile tower, hand pump facilities in the area and employment through MNREGA, on which the officials made quick response to these problems. Giving assurance to the villagers regarding the solution, he said that it is the responsibility of the administration to provide education, health, better agriculture and other employment opportunities to the villagers of Maad area and these demands of the villagers will be resolved with full priority. With the establishment of peace and security in this region, the pace of development will be increased, so that the standard of living of the people of this region will also improve rapidly. Along with this, sports material, cricket kit, volleyball and copy, book and pen were distributed to the children. On this occasion, a large number of men and women villagers from village Becha, Kadenar, Tatum and surrounding areas participated.
