The Preliminary Examination of State Service -2020 conducted by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission will be conducted in two shifts on Sunday 14 February. The first shift will be conducted from 10 am to 12 pm and second shift exam from 3 pm to 5 pm at 439 examination centers across the state and 69 examination centers in Raipur. In the meantime, the teams constituted to check the unscrupulous work in the examination in the allotted examination centers will conduct strict inspection.
PSC exam controller Aarti Wasnik said that the entire preparation of CGPSC has been done. Police force will be deployed in every examination center for security. At the same time, the examination of the Joint Higher Secondary Level Examination-2019 conducted by the Staff Selection Commission will be held on February 14. The first shift has been scheduled from 10 am to 11 am and for the visually challenged candidates from 10 am to 11.20 am.
The examination of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Professor Examination-2020 will be conducted in the second shift from 1 pm to 3 pm and for the visually challenged candidates from 1 pm to 3.40 pm.
Collector Dr. S. Bharatidasan has appointed Poonam Sharma Deputy Collector as the nodal officer to ensure the smooth conduct of the said examination. It is being told that more than one lakh students will participate in this examination. Due to the closure of coaching institutes in the Corona era, students preparing for the first time will have some difficulty in studying and in taking exams. However, many students have also made preparations from online classes and platforms like YouTube.
