Samsung’s latest foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Flip recently launched in India. This is the second foldable device from the company after it launched the Galaxy Fold in 2019. The new Galaxy Z Flip is a typical smartphone that folds into a pocketable device. Available at a price of Rs 1.10 lakh, the phone was open to pre-oder sale on Friday in India.

But what caused a surprise is the fact that despite being an expensive phone, the Z Flip was tagged as ‘Sold Out’ within minutes of its pre-booking sale. Samsung will release this batch of the Galaxy Z Flip phones starting February 26. And now, the banner image of the Galaxy Z Flip on the Samsung’s official website says “Pre-bookings to re-open soon”.

Imagine that the leading retail stores that were accepting pre-bookings for Galaxy Z Flip phone, have also run out of stock. While we know that the second Samsung Galaxy Z Flip pre-order sale will be held on February 28, we don’t know how many foldable smartphones were available to pre-order in the first batch. Samsung will begin to deliver the second batch of the Galaxy Z Flip phones in the month of March.
