2.67 लाख छोटे भूखंडो का पंजीयन

The ban on the sale of small plots has been removed by the Chhattisgarh government. As a result of this, till now more than 2 lakh 67 thousand small plot owners of the state have registered the plots. Owners of such plots have benefited by getting the freedom to buy and sell plots according to their needs. It is noteworthy that in January 2019, keeping in mind the convenience of the general public, the Government of Chhattisgarh removed the ban on the sale of plots of less than 5 decimals and necessary provision has been made in the e-registration system, as a result, from 1 January 2019 to 31 October. By 2021, 2 lakh 67 thousand 612 documents related to small plots have been registered. Similarly, a concession of two percent has been given in the registration of residential buildings. The government has provided a concession of 2 percent in the rate of registration fee to be charged on the bills of sale of houses and buildings up to Rs 75 lakhs from August 2019, keeping in mind the interests of common citizens, the financial year 2020- The concession of registration fee for 21 and 2021-22 has been kept the same.
