In the meeting, Mr. Sunil Tiwari endorsed. The Statistics Officer took information from the principals while discussing the agenda. Shri Khiraman Verma discussed the overall education by MIS Administrator and gave detailed information about the use of funds received by the schools under school grant. Mrs. Kalavati Bhagat Assistant Director, Planning, Mr. Kamod Singh Thakur, District Mission Coordinator was present.
Talking to the principals personally, the District Education Officer inquired about the number of students studying in the school and registration of students and teachers in CGPortalDotin. He asked the principal why 100 percent students of the school could not get registered on the portal. The District Education Officer also expressed displeasure at not receiving satisfactory answers from the principals and reminded the principals that the target of the district is still 95 plus exam results. He said that in this difficult situation arising out of Corona, it is not only the priority of the department to keep children constantly connected with education but also to prepare the action plan and to carry out educational activities to achieve the target 95 plus of the district.
Expressing regret over the mischief being done by the institution heads in giving information about the differently abled children studying in the schools of the district, the District Education Officer directed all the institution heads that the information of all the disabled children of their school in the prescribed form be available to the district office Make it so that those children are not deprived of the benefits received under various schemes of the government. This year, the examination centers for board examinations will not be determined by the Board of Secondary Education, while every high and higher secondary school will be the examination center for the class 10th and 12th board examinations, so keeping in mind the upcoming board examinations, not only the school’s clean- The District Education Officer was instructed to take care of cleaning but also to take care of Corona Protocol. He said that special attention should be paid to the implementation of the book-bank in the school, compulsory withdrawing the current class textbooks from the students who are being upgraded, and distributing them to the new children in that class, so as to prevent wastage of government money.
