सरकार का काम सिर्फ राजस्व वृद्धि नहीं, लोगों के सपनों को पूरा करना होना चाहिए: मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल

When the new government was formed in Chhattisgarh, one of the important decisions of the initial phase was not to increase the rates of collector guidelines for land. People had felt that this decision would result in loss in the revenue of the government, but I had full faith that it would benefit all sections, and the result is in front today. In three years, we did not increase the guideline, but added many facilities. This brought relief to the common people, including real estate developers, builders, who dream of making their home. I believe that the job of the government is not just to increase the revenue, but to fulfill the dreams of the people. These things were said by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel at a ceremony organized by CREDAI at a private hotel in the capital. CREDAI Chhattisgarh had organized a ceremony to honor Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on being chosen as the best Chief Minister in the country. In this program, the Chief Minister was accompanied by Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria, Chairman of NAN Shri Ram Gopal Agarwal, MLA Shri Satyanarayan Sharma, Chairman of Minorities Commission Shri Mahendra Chhabra, Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Mineral Development Corporation Shri Girish Devangan, Mayor of Raipur Municipal Corporation. Shri Ejaz Dhebar, Raipur Municipal Corporation Chairman Shri Pramod Dubey, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Subrata Sahu, Collector Shri Saurabh Kumar, CREDAI’s Patron Shri Arun Singhania, CREDAI Vice President Shri Ramesh Rao and Secretaries Shri Sanjay Raheja, Shri Anand Singhania etc. were present. . In his address, Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that Chhattisgarh was recently awarded by the President as the cleanest state. This achievement is not one time, but Chhattisgarh has been chosen as the cleanest state for the third time in a row. This has been possible with the cooperation and awareness of the people of the state. On the other hand, when the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh is declared as the best Chief Minister at the national level, it means that the citizens of the entire state have worked unitedly, with full dedication and full capacity for the development of their state. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that, the aim of his government is not to develop in one area only, but just as there is complete planning to build a house, in the same way, the government has planned towards all-round development. Coordinated efforts were made in all areas. He said that earlier Chhattisgarh was being identified as Naxalite but all the people of the state worked together to get a new identity in a very short time. For this, the government has done work like National Tribal Dance Festival or loan waiver of farmers, as well as many such schemes have been started, due to which today we have a positive identity at the international level. The Chief Minister said that earlier people had a mentality about them that they think only about the village and the villagers, but now organizations like the Chamber of Commerce have also accepted that our government has taken the general public from the villages to the urban areas through its schemes. The work has been done to put money in the pockets of the people, due to which the business class has also benefited. Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that, when the work was stopped in many states of the whole world and country during the Corona period. Everyone’s economy had deteriorated, then our government, understanding the need of the common people, especially the poor, working class, continued the work of MNREGA. As a result, the need of the poor, working class in the state was fulfilled, while their standard of living also improved. Chhattisgarh remained such a state where neither the salaries of the employees were deducted nor the salaries of the MLAs were deducted. The government thought for all classes, in such a situation, when the expenses of the people were reduced during the Corona period, money was saved in the pockets of the people, which was invested in real estate and the people of the middle class and poor class also fulfilled the dream of their house. He said that due to the reduction in the guidelines rates, investment in real estate has increased. The real estate sector benefited from the reduction of registration fee to 2 per cent on the sale of houses up to Rs 75 lakh by the government. Single window system was introduced to pass the layout. A target of 100 days has been set for this, although it is taking about 180 days now, but work will be done to do it in 100 days soon. The diversion process was also simplified. Due to these decisions of the government, where the real estate sector became easy to work, then the general public has also got relief. During this, the Chief Minister said that after examining the demands put forward by CREDAI Chhattisgarh, the Chief Minister said to take a decision on them soon. In the function, Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria said that development of the state has been possible only because of the working style of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel.
