Raipur Police apprehended 200 miscreants including under-warrants, goons, miscreants under surveillance, and suspects in an overnight combing operation from 11 pm to 3 am on intervening night of Saturday and Sunday.
On the guidance of Inspector General of Police Dr Anand Chhabra and under the leadership of Superintendent of Police (SP) Neethu Kamal, Additional Superintendent of Police City and ASP Rural conducted the combing operation with over 200 personnel and officers sourced from 33 police stations across the City.
Police caught 80 miscreants/goons who were absconding for years, 70 suspects who were found wandering and couldn’t produce their correct name & address, ID cards were taken up for interrogation, 60 with permanent warrants were produced in Court, 80 goons, and 70 under-surveillance suspects.
