R K Anand, the man defending Sanjeev Nanda in the BMW case, began his legal career at the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi as a civil Lawyer in the late 1960s.
In 2000 the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha JMM nominated him to the Rajya Sabha from Jharkhand. He also contested on a Congress ticket from South Delhi in the 2004 Lok Sabha polls but lost.Sting that exposed Anand was in the public interest: SC
Before that in February 2003 he was appointed the AICC observer for the Assembly polls in Himachal Pradesh.
Senior Supreme Court Advocate R.K. Anand was the Congress candidate for the 2004 Lok Sabha elections from South Delhi constituency. He also had high profile clients from the Congress party like former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao and former union minister H.K.L. Bhagat. He was also reportedly close to former external affairs minister Natwar Singh.

How Anand saved accused of 1984 riots
August-September 1990: The Poti-Rosha committee sent two batches of recommendations covering altogether 30 affidavits, including the case against Sajjan Kumar. When a CBI team went to his house to arrest him, Sajjan Kumar and his supporters locked up the officials and detained them till his lawyer, R.K. Anand (now a Congress MP), obtained ?anticipatory bail? from the high court.
While defending accused Congress leaders, Anand once secured anticipatory bail for Kumar in 1990 even after a CBI [Central Bureau of Investigation] team had actually arrested him. Anand could do so because of the bizarre development in which the CBI officials, who arrested Kumar, were locked up in his house by a mob of his supporters.

He defended Narsimha Rao in in St Kitts case. R.K.Anand, the counsel for Rao reiterated in May 97 that his client had only directed Indian Consulate General at New York to attest the documents in routine manner under instruction from PMO, without knowing that they were forged.

Mostly road crashes are caused by driver fatigue each year. These would be minimized by the inventory deeds of Indian scientists. Sleepy as drivers of vehicles, P M Dr Singh and Congress Party are increasing the problems of India especially terrorism instead of solving them. .
Opposition and media give yawn alert within and outside parliament about the joint statement of Indian P M Dr. Singh and Geelani of Pakistan.

The programme is based around an in-car camera hooked up to an image-processing software that captures a sequence of images of the driver's face.
It then analyses changes in the face and accurately identifies yawning as distinct from other facial movements such as smiling, talking, and singing.
The yawn frequency is then correlated with fatigue behaviour and could then be hooked up to a warning system to alert drivers of the need to take a break.
The algorithm is effective at yawn detection regardless of image intensity and contrast, small head movements, viewing angle, spectacle wearing, and skin colour.

Falsehood of Gandhis
Late Indian Prime Minister Mr.Rajiv Gandhi falsely claimed that he was qualified Mechanical Engineer from the Cambridge University UK . Sonia Gandhi made false claim that she obtained certificate in English language from Cambridge University. Though she obtained this from a coaching Institute situated in the premises of the University. Rahul also claimed to follow his parenst that he obtained M.Phil without doing B.A. Secular media instead of protest spreads falsehood on behalf of Gandhis to fool people. Courts should take sue motto legal action on such false claims.

Obama born in US: White House tells 'birthers' as per breaking news of July 28, 2009.
Clarification came from White House as Republican Senator James Inhofe was quoted in Politico as saying the 'birthers' 'have a point.'
'The point that they make is the Constitutional mandate that the US President be a natural born citizen, and the White House has not done a very good job of dispelling the concerns of these citizens,' he said in a statement later clarifying his remarks.
'Birthers' have questioned President Barack Obama's eligibility to hold America's top office with their persistent claim that he was not born in the US.
