The president of Croatia, Stjepan Mesic, voiced his condolence to the president of India, Pratibhi Devisingh Patil, for the terrorist attacks in the city of Hyderabad in which dozens of people died, reported the president's office on Monday. Those attacks endanger the stability and democracy in India, added Mesic in his letter of condolence to the Indian president.
The Supreme Court refused to entertain former Tamil Nadu chief minister J. Jayalalitha's plea to declare the Ram Setu, a chain of 48 km long limestone shoals located off the Tamil Nadu coast, as a national monument. But Indian Government filled an affidavit which claimed that neither Ram nor Ram-Ravan war happened. The Court now still waiting changed affidavit of government. If Jayalalitha's plea can’t be entertained then how can birth place of Ram be decided in the Court? This may be the question in the mind of common people. Is this reason fake secular parties say that they accept the verdict of Supreme Court on the birth place of Ram? Legal personalities and the Court may explain all these in future. We people have fully faith on the judiciary, not on ASI and other semi or fully owned Government organization.

"I..Support the proposal that Ram Setu Should be protected from devastation and put on the UNESCO World Heritage List" This is said by Croatian President Stjepan Mesic in his letter to H. H. Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda.
The letter clarifies that the bridge is a part of world and human heritage and therefore public awareness should be created about its significance and establish it is on a global level.
It shows that Vibhishans are out of India and Ravans and Surpankha and other demons are in India.

The Text of the letter of Croatian President Stjepan Mesic, released byRam Setu Raksha Manch is as following:

"Your Holiness honored Swamiji,
Thank you for the book of the holy epic poem Ramayan which you gave to me during our meeting.
"My attention was especially drawn to the chapter about the bridge between India and Sri Lanka, the bridge which is hidden in the depths of the sea. Although invisible in our eyes (But not to NASA satellites) the bridge is a part of world and human heritage and this is why public awareness needs to be raised about the significance and establish it on a global level. The Republic of Croatia is also fighting to protect the underwater heritage because in doing so, we are preserving our roots. The bridge is a witness of Ramayana. The story about good and evil, a universal story, ut also an individual story, about the struggle of a hero, an interesting reading material. It makes me think about myself, about my roles of statesman who could help you with your efforts.

Croatia is a candidate for membership of the European Union and is expecting NATO membership invitation in April 2008. On October 17, 2007 Croatia became a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for the 2008-2009 terms.
